Slide 1
VERUM SOLITUS International Vocal Competition Becomes a Biennial Event

Starting this year, the VERUM SOLITUS International Vocal Competition enters a new stage of development and will adopt a biennial format, taking place once every two years.

This adjustment of the competition calendar reflects the organizers’ wish to further strengthen the international profile of the competition and to provide each edition with the time, attention, and coherence required by an event dedicated to vocal excellence.

Thus, the 4th edition of the VERUM SOLITUS International Vocal Competition will take place in 2027, at the Romanian National Opera in Cluj-Napoca.

All relevant information regarding the calendar of the next edition, the updated regulations, and the registration period will be announced in due course.

We extend our sincere thanks to all the young artists, collaborators, and partners who accompany this project and who contribute, through their interest and trust, to the growth of a competition dedicated to the voices of the international opera stage.
